EMeeMASTER Guide 1: How to complete the information Excel sheet

This Guide 1 will guide you step by step through the completion process.

The completed sheet will be uploaded on a SQL data basis. We are dealing with a data basis, and as you know, those creatures are very finicky! Input punctuation or wrong dropdowns and the whole sheet will be rejected.

This Guide will also explain employment equity terminology to ensure you fully understand employment equity language.

TIP: If you complete the employee information sheet correctly, the rest of the year will be a breeze!

The ‘how-to’ steps indicate how you must complete each cell. The ‘how-to’ explanations are followed by examples.

In certain instances, the wrong method is shown as an example.

Very important: You can copy and paste the data into the sheet; but ensure your list of data corresponds with the system’s format and order for each column as per examples shown in this guide.
