What you will learn

You will learn what the role of labour inspectors are as well as what they are authorised to do.
Most importantly, you will learn what type of practices, procedures and policies the company needs to implement to be in full compliance with the act.
You will fully comprehend what equal pay for equal value of work means, as well as the importance of completing the EEA1 forms. This form is a declaration that must be completed by each employee.
Requirements
You have to pass with a minimum of an 80% mark to receive your certificate of completion for this course. (You will have four opportunities to complete the assessment.)
No prior knowledge of employment equity is required to enrol in this course.
